About
I am a designer currently living in Denmark. I graduated from Kolding
School of Design in the summer of 2009 with a masters degree in textile
design. Where I experiment with aesthetics and tactility in order to create new identities and tell stories. The tools I use include photography, sketching, computer aided design and material construction. I love taking pictures, creating moods and experimenting with raw materials in a new context. My best work evolves when I force myself to get that uneasy feeling. I work in waves of chaos and reason. This allows me to optimize my creativity and analyze my results.
Something which intrigues me is to create objects and materials that span from beautiful and subtle to the shocking and grotesque. I find the more sophisticated look in the contrast between beauty and a more peculiar expression. But most importantly I want the work I create to reflect this contrast, to evoke thought and opinion.
